Player & Family Services Representative

Position Summary
The Player & Family Services Representative will serve as a key point of contact for Redeemer Sports players and their families. The role will support onboarding, payment follow-up, general club inquiries, merchandise coordination, and parent/player feedback. The representative will also maintain a visible presence at designated training sessions and practices.
The ideal candidate is patient, organized, approachable, dependable, and comfortable using smartphones, tablets, mobile apps, and online systems.
Principal Responsibilities
- Onboard new players and parents and help them understand club processes, schedules, communication tools, and expectations.
- Answer questions from parents and players regarding club programs, activities, registration, payments, and general operations.
- Follow up professionally with parents regarding outstanding payments and escalate financial assistance needs when appropriate.
- Coordinate with the club store team to help ensure uniforms, merchandise, and other purchased items are delivered on time.
- Receive and communicate feedback, concerns, and suggestions from parents and players to club leadership.
- Be present at assigned practices and training sessions to provide administrative and customer-service support.
- Maintain accurate records of important interactions, outstanding issues, and follow-up activities.
- Work closely with the Business Team, Scholarships & Sponsorships Team, coaches, and other club personnel.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, sports administration, youth programs, hospitality, education, retail, or a related field preferred.
- Experience working with parents, children, or families is an advantage.
- Experience handling payments, registrations, customer accounts, or merchandise coordination is beneficial.
- Previous experience in a sports club, school, church, nonprofit, or community organization is preferred but not required.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer-service and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, mobile apps, email, messaging platforms, and online systems.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive conversations professionally and confidentially.
- Dependable, punctual, and available for assigned practices, training sessions, and occasional evening or weekend activities.
- Ability to work effectively with parents, players, coaches, and club leadership.
- Commitment to representing Redeemer Sports professionally and in a manner consistent with its Christian values.
