The Redeemer Sports Ministry, a 501c3 non-profit, was formed in 2019 and is a sports ministry of RCCG, The King’s Palace, Katy, Texas. The club serves boys and girls from ages 4 through 17 and adults up to age 23. The mission of The Redeemer Sports is to provide a family-friendly, Christ-centered environment where children/players can develop good character, habits, and athletic ability. We aim to develop competitive student-athletes through quality coaching and a focus on sportsmanship, teamwork, and personal excellence. We offer sports programs for soccer, tennis, basketball, volleyball, track, table tennis, chess, and more, with the goal of making these programs accessible to all children regardless of financial limitations.

Our goal is to help children/players discover and nurture their talents to help position them for future success. We are committed to grooming young men and women on the field of play, in their academic pursuits, and into responsible contributors to their communities. We want to make these opportunities available to as many students as possible in our local community but some of the children with the interest, talent, and commitment are unable to afford the opportunity to participate and play the sports we offer in our academy.

The RSM sponsorship program was created to satisfy the ideal that any child who wants to participate in sports should be given the opportunity to enjoy success in sports and in other areas of their lives.

RSM assists families in our club with financial assistance for its players of lower household incomes. Our program reaches children living in the city of Katy and surrounding areas who need an activity outside of school, in their own local community.
