Tournament Details

Terms and Conditions for The Redeemer Sports Winter Table Tennis Tournament

By registering for The Redeemer Sports Winter Table Tennis Tournament (hereafter referred to as "the Tournament"), participants agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Registration and Participation

1.1 No Refund Policy:
All registration fees are non-refundable, regardless of circumstances, including withdrawal or disqualification.

1.2 Event Limitations:
Participants may register for up to three (3) events only. Registration is limited to:

  • Gender-specific events for male or female participants.
  • Mixed doubles, open to all genders.

1.3 Eligibility:
Participants must register for events corresponding to their gender, except for mixed doubles.

2. Code of Conduct

2.1 Respect and Sportsmanship:
All participants are expected to exhibit respect and good sportsmanship toward tournament officials, fellow competitors, and spectators.

2.2 Zero Tolerance for Misconduct:
Any form of abusive language, physical altercations, or disruptive behavior may result in immediate disqualification without refund.

3. Media and Marketing

3.1 Use of Media:
By participating in the Tournament, players grant The Redeemer Sports permission to capture photographs and videos during the event. These may be used for promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, and print materials.

3.2 Waiver of Compensation:
Participants will not receive financial compensation for the use of such media.

4. Liability and Indemnity

4.1 Assumption of Risk:
Participants acknowledge that table tennis involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury. By registering, participants assume full responsibility for their participation.

4.2 Release of Liability:
The Redeemer Sports, its staff, and tournament officials shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during the Tournament.

5. Tournament Rules

5.1 Adherence to Rules:
All matches will be conducted in accordance with International Table Tennis Federation (ITTF) rules unless otherwise specified by the Tournament Director.

5.2 Disputes:
Any disputes during matches will be resolved by the designated tournament officials. The decision of the officials is final and binding.

6. General Provisions

6.1 Amendments:
The Redeemer Sports reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time prior to the start of the Tournament.

6.2 Acceptance:
By completing the registration process, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
