Supplying this information does not guarantee a reduction in soccer registration fees.
You certify that the above information is correct and true to the best of your knowledge.
All fee waivers are applicable to one year only.
Awardee MUST be in regular attendance of training/games. If absence becomes a problem, any consideration of a fee waiver for the following season may be in jeopardy.
Awardee and/or parent/guardian agrees to volunteer in Redeemer Sports and/or TKP Eagles FC events during the season waiver is applied. Some of these volunteer positions could include taking pictures and videos during games and practices, helping with concession stands during home games, etc.
