Competitive Track Program

Our Competitive Track Program is designed for dedicated athletes who want to take their skills to the next level and compete in track and field meets. This program focuses on refining techniques, enhancing performance, and preparing athletes for competitions. Participants will engage in advanced technique training, where event-specific techniques are refined through biomechanical analysis and correction, developing efficient and powerful movement patterns.

The Competitive Track Program incorporates a comprehensive strength and conditioning regimen, including strength and power training, plyometric exercises, speed development drills, and injury prevention and rehabilitation support. Athletes will also receive guidance on race strategies, tactics, mental toughness, goal-setting, nutrition, and recovery methods to prepare them for competition.
